Dr. Andres Zuleta was born and raised in Colombia and has since had the privilege of working in a diversity of clinical settings internationally. His passion for global healthcare and family medicine has given him the tools to be comfortable with any patient in any setting.
“I am proud of being able to do internal medicine, intensive care, and deliveries. It is satisfying when a patient's journey in the hospital goes flawlessly. They improve rapidly, the family feels supported, the patient feels cared for, and the details are ideal. Being a part of that is the most meaningful part of my career. Ultimately, this is why I became a doctor; to have a positive and significant impact on people's life.”
Dr. Zuleta chose the Benchmark Fellowship because he wanted to grow and contribute more to the healthcare industry on not only an administrative level but also an individual level to improve each patient's experience. “I have had the privilege of working on different projects with the Benchmark team already, and I have found this work to be exciting and gratifying."
